The location was central, close to many attractions.
Our room was not what we expected. The bathroom door didn't close, and it opened directly into the hotel lobby. The AC was also very noisy, disrupting our sleep.

the beautiful double or twin room was so chic and super clean. it had all the amenities i needed! breakfast at rosselli next door was yummy. the service from danan, rohit, maria and tom. i felt so taken care of!
the music was too loud outside on friday, saturday and sunday until 1am. it made sleeping a bit tough.

my DOUBLE or twin room was spacious. the tea and coffee amenities were good quality. the room was cleaned daily, AND towels replaced.

the service was attentive and prompt. i appreciated the location near many attractions. breakfast offered a good selection, so i found it a pleasant start to the day.
There was slight noise from nearby establishments at night. It was noticeable despite double glazing.

inadequate glazingstreet noise
I was disappointed with the noise level in the room. The street outside was quite busy , and the inadequate glazing made it difficult to sleep. The noise persisted late into the night , impacting my ability to rest. I also found a lack of convenient power points near the mirrors frustrating when trying to use the hairdryer.
